Wearing masks its a big ridiculous, it will help our immune systems by coming in contact with bacteria for our antibodies to become stronger. I didn't appreciate or enjoy my shopping experience because we were forced to wear masks.

staff not friendly. ring i bought 2 weeks ago had lost a stone. i wanted to return it was told i could not return only exchange. staff very unfriendly.

Wait time for an associate although I entered the store with clear knowledge of what I wanted. The salesperson who assisted me was great but waiting for associates to finish with more "casual" shoppers was frustrating. I will buy online in the future or choose another brand.

i had defective family roots charm that would not stay closed- replaced without any problem- i had a pair of earrings that 1 is noticeably opens much further than the other one and has just become that way in last week. sales associate, sarah, looked at it - called manager over- she stateds that was just the way it was. I felt like it should have been replaced since had only had few months. she said didnt feel like it was defective even though there is a noticeable difference. Sarah- sales associate, tried to convince her to replace but she would not. there is a noticeable difference when you open the earrings and dont feel like it should have been ignored.

I feel like I was not completely informed correctly about the availability of the gift I was looking for. I did shop at another store 300 plus miles form me and found what I was looking for. I was told in Asheville that the charm did not exist any longer. Not happy at all!

I have shipped this store 4-5 times in the last 6-9 months. This time they said they had to hold the tray back and that we couldn't touch the items or get grabby. We were the only two people in this little store with two associates and full bracelets on our arms. I have never been told this in any store. Not even in Las Vegas.

When shopping you cannot see through scratched glass. I asked if I could see on top because I couldn’t read any of the charms. She said they weren’t allowed to. That defeats having a store to shop in. I should have ordered online… timing was my issue with that.

Window ad states "free gift with purchase". When asked about my free gift with purchase was told it starts tomorrow so I didn't get my free gift. The employees need more training in customer service. Thank you.

They tried to clean my bracelet and it came out completely black ! I was mortified when I saw it ! Not sure if it oxidized or if the solution they used needed to be changed but I’ve had my bracelet cleaned numerous times at various locations and never experienced anything like this! They tried to clean it with Dawn and a tarnish cloth but I left the store with it more tarnished than when I went in . But the worst part was the comments about my bracelet and how I had a lot of “old charms” on it ! This bracelet is collection of sentimental charms from my children through the years and yes a little are retired but this bracelet can’t be replaced with money ! I was insulted and they became rude after their mistake! I have had to take my bracelet apart and clean each charm by hand ….I will never go back to that location !! And I spent money while I was there as well so I didn’t just go in for a cleaning !

The sales associate was rude and tried to overcharge me fir the items I purchased. I had to to ask for a box and bag for the items I purchased.
