I'm very happy with the bracelet, I liked it A LOT, that I was looking online for the same style in silver. I'ts selling for $95 brand new and I paid $30 dollars more in your store. Can you price match it?

I have the bracelet with the heart latch attached and separators in the bracelet, I received as a present, but it's impossible to put on by myself. I had to PURCHASE ANOTHER BRACELET that is 1 size bigger (the wrong size was given to me the first time) AND A NEW LATCH which is a little easier to fasten but still the same ISSUE. I will have to explain this to my friends who ask though on whether to buy pandora or not. Plus I have to now buy separation rings which this $65 bracelet doesn't have. (my other bracelet had them). I nearly walked out and gave up on purchasing any other pandora products but I knew my daughters were giving me charms for christmas. Now I have to sell my nice bracelet with the heart latch on ebay or market at half price. This I am not happy with.

The lady did not seem to know the products she was selling. I am new to pandora and just felt let down by your sales staff.

I paid 50$ for a Sterling silver ring for my anniversary and it turned my finger green I will be returning it tomorrow for the prices yall charge on these rings I shouldn't have to worry about my finger turning green

The sales associated were short and really acted as if they did not have time for us. We felt rushed, and they wanted us out.

Went into store asking for a specific charm - was told didn’t have it would have to order - it was the attitude of the sales rep. Had to ask to see merchandise

I had to stand in one location in the store. My granddaughter was not able to easily see what she was looking for. The staff didn’t seem very friendly and not caring about taking care of us.

The cleanliness of the store was perfect. Also, an associate was with us right away. She wasn’t extremely helpful but she wasn’t awful. She was just good. But she wasn’t bad. She was just fine.
