My sales person was not very knowledgeable. I knew more then the sales person about what I was looking for. She was not very friendly and had no personality. There was another salesmen who has helped me before, He came over and helped her finish my sale.

It was black friday just a little crazy i had to find someone to put my name on the waiting list then i had to tell a customer to put their name on the list Most of the time everyone is very friendly friday alittle on edge I will return to this store Thank

On black friday,very crowded,but very organized as to waiting for a turn. It's a small store, so a little hard to get around when there are lots of people.

The fact that the clerk had to look up price code twice, it would be easier if a copy of code was applied to product at time of choosing

Friendly associates, but small store--3 associates. Busy holiday week-end--wait time 30 minutes or more to be waited upon. Pandora should automate instead of having to look up every item to see what it costs. Expected to spend only 30 or so minutes in store, but took an hour to buy items. If automated could probably wait on more customers and save customer time.

The sales associates were very patient with us. I was with a group of 5 and we all were buying.

I was not greeted when I came in the store. I had to wait to get service and then was asked if I had put my name on the wait list. I was not made aware that I needed to put my name on any list.
