I was a little disappointed by the selection. This was a birthday gift for my sister in law and we were looking for something other than the normal charm bracelet.

Great experience with great customer service.

It is a smaller store & there was a lot of people including the sales associates. Was hard to look at the charms because the store is small. It was so hot in the store that it made my shopping experience very unpleasant. Definitely need to turn the air conditioning up. I wasn’t the only one complaining about t being hot in the store. I heard several people saying something about it. My husband had to go outside.

Rarely highly satisfied with any service provider.

Highly satisfied is exceptional and it takes a superior associate to be exceptional. My associate was great but few fall into superior category.

Associate seemed pushy to get us out and aggravated when we wanted to look at several different things. We needed a box and she was aggravated to get it. She didn't put the charms on like we ask or even offer to do it.

No place/person is perfect

the layout of the store, lack of employees, out of a lot of items. I ask for a catalog to take with, they were none. prices were ok, but I thought they could have been better for Christmas.

The sales clerk kept coughing all over the place. No good selection of birthday or Christmas charms. They have no color or cute ones. And the one I picked I thought was over priced. I paid $50 looked like a $35.

Sales associate was not familiar with the category of charms I ask for. If I had not just happened to spot one in another tray, I would have never seen it. It was never offered to me until I asked to see it, and therefore could have not purchased it.
