The staff members were very friendly. Ashley P that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. My issue is how the charms are displayed - or rather not displayed. You cannot just go in a store and look at the charms. You always have to have a salesperson pull out trays for you. I do not feel like I saw all the charms that were available because I did not have a specific theme that I was looking for. I just wanted to browse to see what would catch my eye. I understand it is mostly due to theft prevention, but I really wish there was a better way to see all the charms that are available without having someone in your face the whole time.

The sales staff here at this store was awesome! They only had one of two different fillers that I wanted however, which was disappointing.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The customer service was great! The associate new where the jewelry I was looking for was, she took us right to it.

had to go in 2 different days they do not have enough help - when I finally got waited on the 2nd day we tried the sales person was extremely nice and very helpful

This was my first experience in a Pandora store. Therefore I think Satisfied is a good rating since I have no other stores to compare.

Staff were quite helpful as I entered the store. They were less so when I did not want to sign up for anything. The third person, Maddy, was quite helpful.
