Store very busty. Sales associate not overly friendly. I felt rushed looking at the merchandise as if she wanted to get to the next customer.

Store is small and hard to maneuver. Several customers.

I wish there was a way to better organize the charms. It took a long time for the ladies to find the ones I needed and to look up prices on a very slow moving iPad. The lady who helped me was nice enough, but pushy for a credit card. That really dampers the experience when leaving. Last impressions are lasting impressions.

Wished i would've gotten clam boxes for my charms

The items were all over the trays. The sales associated had hard time locating certain items. The book with prices too a long time to check price of item.

I visited this shop in 2017 and now. I was looking for travel charm from Asheville or North Caroline. Still the shop does not have "place" travel charms. It is a pity

Pandora is expensive...even for retired pieces! The store is very tight and difficult to move around in.
