I don’t like that the merchandise is kept under the glass. It makes it hard to see the charms and makes me feel like you think I’m a thief.

The location I visited was in an outlet mall so I thought the prices would have been lower than what I would have paid on line or in another location.

I had a limited selection of necklaces to choose from. Very limited access with social distancing, therefore long wait. Very happy with staff and found a nice gift.

It wasn't Pandora's fault. The mask mandate is not conducive to a Highly Satisfied shopping experience.

With the covid procedures only one person or group allowed in store at one time.

I understand due to covid 19 rules limited people but the sales assistance wouldn't let us look at other counters we were limited to earing counter and rings wanted to look at charms and other items but a group of people were there and had been before we were allowed in store and after we left they were still there. We just felt the sales assicote should have offered to show us trays they were not looking at. Also sales lady was nice, helpful, but very slow and seemed not to know where to find items! But we will return when we return to North Carolina. ❤ Pandora

I was not highly satisfied because the sales associate did not offer to clean my bracelet while I was there (like my experience at another Pandora store) and the sales associate was not very enthusiastic. However, the sales associate was helpful, but comparing this visit to my visit at another Pandora store.

Shopping is harder at this time with the safety guidelines we need to follow. This is not the store's fault. Just not as enjoyable right now.
