I felt as though they were more concerned with the lines forming at the door and not my purchase. I understand the social distancing but it was a little much.

Was satisfied. Just won’t be going back to outlets in the near future .

With Covid I understand that there is a limit of customers. I would suggest 15 minutes per customer.. there were customers that spent over an hour in the store. You lost business because people left that were standing in line.

It was good service

I was very pleased with the service I received during my visit. I had no problem everything was a speedy and simple process. Will be returning!

The selection was not great and options for earrings was disappointing. The sales person I would say was ok but not extremely helpful but did ask about cleaning my bracelet. I don’t feel like like she was helpful with my budget either as I am buying a house so have to keep that in mind.

The store is extremely small though with corona and the limited availability of only eight people being able to shop need me personally feel like the associate didn’t want to help me. Her lack of knowledge of what specific charms they had in stock was sad. When I told her the charm was dirty I thought she would give me a different one besides the display but no. I am glad another sales associate cleaned it for me. For how much a person pays for a single charm you want it to look pristine when you buy it. I love all my terms and take really good care of them. So I like them to be in the best condition if I even consider buying them. I also appreciate when they see that I have for Pandora bracelets and offered to clean them it’s nice when the sales associate goes above and beyond but not all of them do this. So it depends on which cells associate you get if it’s going to be an amazing experience or not.

Wish there was a way I could have customized pieces made just for me (one of a kind ).

Tired of the covid19 response... we were waiting to enter behind a chain, another person entered & tried to get in front of us. Not happy how it was handled.

I don't live in Ashville.. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit.
