There were only three people in the store; me, another customer, and the sales associate. When I walked in I was told to stay on one half of the store since the other customer was on the other side, but I could have stayed 6 feet from the customer and still be able to look around so I had to wait until that customer was done to look at the other side.

Did not have specific items I wanted. Charms are over priced. Sales person did not pull out older charms until I was just about to complete purchase.

I made purchase via phone call. My bank card was charged twice for the same transaction. This tied up my funds and lessened my available balance. I will have to take steps to remove this extra charge from my account. Very troublesome and inconvenient!

The sales associate told us that two rings we were looking at were $35 each. Another associate happened to be standing close by and heard her tell us that they were $35 each. She said, “No they are only $9.99 each. They almost lost a sale because the first associate didn’t know prices.

The store was small and we had to wait for almost an hour to enter. The selection of charms was small compared to the amount online.

After looking at my receipt I see the price I paid for the bracelet was more than I was told when trying on the bracelet other than that I had a wonderful experience but i realized the mistake after returning home

Up to this visit, my Pandora experiences have been fabulous. Sales associates have been very friendly and complimentary of my Pandora collection but this location it seemed to be more about getting me in and out the door. There was no line at the time of my visit so no need to rush the experience.

The over all service was great. I think I should have been able to move around a little more than I did. The store was very clean.
