Because I wanted some Christmas tree charms & more Christmas charms available.

The sales rep changed how my charmed were on my bracelet when putting the new ones on. She also wasn’t the most knowledgeable about some of the pieces.

The only issue I had is I asked the associate to clean the jewelry I purchased prior to boxing and she wasn’t receptive. I only asked because of COVID and I was giving the bracelet to my mom For her 60th bday. She did not clean the jewelry.

Everyone was ready to help me out in a timely manner. Told me what the charm was ( Disney). The employees had a smile on their face. Answered any question I had and willing to help.

I was visiting Ashville.

Everything was good but I don’t like that I have to ask for the offer they never offered to me. The free Pandora bag. I was lucky I knew about it. Other people that was there and made purchases didn’t get it. I’m sure they didn’t know about it. There were no signs in the store with the offer so the costumers that didn’t get the email I went to that store wouldn’t know about it. When I ask to the girl that took care of me it seems like she didn’t know about it. She had to ask someone else I think I was the manager or the lady in charge.

Great customer service

The store staff are awesome! Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, etc... But this is an "outlet" store location. The prices are pretty much 90% of everything in the store are the same as any other Pandora location. I drove over an hour to go to this location for a outlet deal, but I might as well off gone to a closer store for newer options and same prices. The only reason I see going back to the outlet store is too enjoy the friendlessness of the associates.

The associate gave me the wrong charm and I didn’t realize it until after I returned home. I was visiting a store in Asheville, NC and I live in Parkersburg, WV.

The person selling was not I. A good mode, this was the first time me and my boyfriend get something for his mom to start a brazalete and he wanted to see charms and she was in bad attitude when he asked for more, he ended buying one, but was not even excited about the one he picked.
