My overall experience was great. The reason I didn't give a a highly satisfied on selection of merchandise was because the bracelet I wanted was not available in my size. The salesperson did show me one that is almost like I wanted and I did purchase that one

The lady had a hard time finding what I wanted the boxes were very jumbled would be hard for any one to get what ya wanted spent more time than need in store. Very unorganized

The women that helped me was very knowledgeable. She told me why my ring lost the gold band on the front. When I wanted to know about the retried charms, she showed me. She made sure I had colors that went together, as well.

When entering the store associate and what to assume to be store manager were not very friendly. Blonde hair lady by back counter was very standoffish. She looked like she hated her job in general. The associate was okay with her job except was not very familiar with the name of the product I asked for. Had to show an example for her to know what I was looking for.

Even though their is no mask or positive covid here in this county/city they would only allow so many in the store at one time so u had to wait outside till a sales associate was available to wait on u. I thought this was uncalled for and felt i was not able to just look around. I felt the sales associate wanted u to know what u wanted, get it and get out. Do not plan on returning till this policy is done away with.

They didn't have the item that I saw on line. They said they were 6 months behind what you see on line

The Pandora store I went to in Asheville NC is apparently a year behind on merchandise and didn't have the beauty and the beast charm I wanted. No big deal of course because I got the beautiful charm from the movie "up" but was still disappointed.
