All was good

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great Labor Day sale enticed us in. Display of new items not on sale sealed sale on anniversary gift.

This was my first time in an actual Pandora store and the experience was Awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Staff was very knowledgeable in explaining the jewelry to assist in making decisions. Everyone was pleasant.

Salespeople were extremely nice and very helpful, they also know there merchandise

Our sales associate, Ashley, was delightful! She demonstrated a remarkable knowledge of the products, was incredibly patient with two of us as we tried out different possibilities, and she was calculating discounts in her head!

The store was very organized. The sales Lady was extremely helpful and friendly.

The bracelet size was not available I wanted two but only bought one. The store was very hot. The charms were not available.

Ring selection was disappointing

I go to the outlet primarily for the retired selection as this is what the outlet is known for and the great prices you can get. I also travel 2 plus hours one way to get there. This trip there was a very slim selection on everything from rings to chains to bracelets and in between. I did still buy 9 items but I normally would have purchased much more again as I do travel about a 5 hr total round trip just to go to this store so I make the most of it.

Only disclaimer was I received a bracelet as a gift and it was never worn, but still in the box and I wasn’t able to exchange for a bigger size because I didn’t have a receipt.
