Sarah B. was extremely helpful. Her advice was instrumental in the choices I made. Fortunately I was wearing my Pandora bracelet, so she was able to see what I already own. Because the store is in the Asheville NC area, I doubt I will revisit. We have a retail store in my area and an outlet about 2 hours away where I frequently shop.

I was shopping with several friends and there were several other customers in the store due to a sale going on. All of my friends and I wanted to try on and purchase jewelry. We were all assisted quickly and the employees were so kind and helpful. Each employee made sure we were all 100% satisfied before leaving. I'm so happy with my purchase!
