The sales associates were very friendly and greeted me upon coming into the store. I was helped by the store manager and she set the example of how all store managers should treat their customers and their employees. I do not live in the area or I would be highly likely to shop this store again.

First time in Pandora Store.The salesman was very helpful in explaining the items and took a lot of time with us. I had tried to get my wife to get one of these bracelets a long time ago and she would never get it. She has a lot of expensive jewelry but never would take the plunge on this. I think a friend must have pushed her

Cassie and Susan were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped expedite my purchase. I would recommend Cassie's expertise to others - and will request her assistance on my next visit. My only wish is that the Asheville, NC outlet receive more retired gold pieces - their selection was not as broad as some others, which necessitated me purchasing from more distant stores and incurring TWO shipping charges from the same outlet. (Prior to my trip to Asheville, I purchased over $1100 of jewelry from another Pandora outlet, but was forced, despite my request to waive the second shipping charge, to incur a second shipping charge as the store clerk was not able to reach the district manager that same day to answer a question, therefore the transaction had to be put off a day - and they even waited to ship the first order - assuming that they would add the second purchase to it and ship it all in one package).
