The associate in the store greeted us when we walked in and was immediately available to assist us. The store interior and lighting were great. The associate informed us of several sales items and of discounts that we could receive on selected merchandise.

I was greeted immediately when I walled in. The sales associate was knowledgeable enough to know that the specific charm I was looking for was not one they carried. She heroes me find a runner up instead.

The original purchase of the bracelet was in a store at Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake VA. I was looking for a charm but they said it had been retired. Contacted Pandora through website and was sent a list of outlets where the charm might be located. Called the outlet in Asheville NC and was able to get the charm from them. Was very happy because the charm was the SF Golden Gate Bridge. I visited there last year and was able to walk across it and wanted the charm as a reminder of that visit. I turned 73 years old in January and this charm was a birthday present from my husband. I was so happy to find it.

An associate greeted us as we arrived and started looking at jewelry. The associate was efficient and accommodating as she looked through inventory to fit my finger. My purchase is absolutely beautiful and I was especially happy to hear about the opportunity of completing this survey.
