The sales associate (Barbera) was very helpful. She was willing to show my Mom and I the merchandise we wanted to see and then some. When we asked about other items, she took the time to show us those and even cleaned our current bracelets and charms for us!

Kasi the associate that helped me was very knowledgeable about the merchandise that I wanted to purchase. She also helped me pick out some great pieces.

I was helped by Sarah at the Asheville Pandora Outlet Store. She greeted my when I walked into the shop and asked what I was shopping for. I asked her about some different charms and found something I had been looking for. Sarah went above and beyond with customer service. She told me about some of the other stores for Pandora and we talked about the area. Sarah was just a breathe of fresh air with her sweet personality.

The Pandora associate, Kasandra, was awesome. She was professional and patient as I made a decision regarding my large purchase - but was never overly aggressive or inattentive. She was very knowledgeable about her store's inventory, and I would not hesitate to have her help me in the future !

This Pandora here in Asheville NC outlets was the best one I have ever been into. Customer service was superb. Everyone was very professional and very knowledgeable of what they was doing in this store. They had a lot of affordable charms and rings, unlike the others.
