Staff courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Purchased birthstone charms that turned out to fake. Barbara was very sympathetic and helped with my purchase. Also exchanged safety chain for something that suited my bracelet better. Overall, it was a very good experience.

visited the store with my sister and we both went home with merchandise--the staff was so friendly and helpful--I will definately return to the store. I love Pandora--it is like scrapbooking on your body--each little charm or piece of jewelry has a memory attached to it.
