The staff was very helpful and made suggestions. I had had a problem at this location a year ago with staff that did not treat me very well. The new staff has completely made up for it and when I am in Asheville, I will look forward to visiting this store again.

The sales person Kaitlyn was fabulous! She was very knowledgeable and showed me all the different types of bracelets and the charms.

The sales associates are extremely nice and very helpful. Doesn't matter when you visit the store there always happy. We were shown every piece that we wanted to see and never felt rushed.

I was very satisfied with my pandora experience. I finally had enough money saved to buy a pandora bracelet and 4 charms. I was so thrilled, the quality with much better than any other bracelet I’ve had. I can’t wait to buy more charms!
