My sales clerk was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and very friendly! The store was a mad house of people but he still took his time and treated me with respect. I have not always had the same expat the Winston-Salem Hanes Mall, North Carolina. The clerks there are not friendly and always seem to rush you. I will return to the Pandora store in Asheville! Love it!

My experience was a little different. I called the store. The sales person was very knowledgeable & helped me complete my transaction overt the phone with a follow-up email.
