Friendly staff and very helpful..

I was immediately greeted and then assisted with my purchase since it was my first time purchasing jewelry at this location. The staff were friendly and had a great knowledge regarding products!!

I had purchased 3 beads on Ebay. I received the wrong merchandise and so went to the outlet store to see if they had the original beads I needed. I was forthcoming with the sales clerk that I had purchased them on ebay and she was so very helpful!! She verified their validity and helped me find the right ones I was looking for!!

I liked being able to get Pandora jewelry at a lower cost. There was a great selection and the sales ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable. I wish there was a store like this near my home.

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. Even though it was a outlet type store they had a good selection of merchandise. Prices were good although for it to be an outlet store I expected more discounts, most charms were regular price that I could have purchased anywhere instead of making a special trip!

Pleasant staff and experience. Always willing to help. Always go above and beyond to make sure our visits are rewarding.
