Both associates were super friendly and so helpful. The only reason I would not recommend this store is because I am traveling for work and will not be back in the next 90 days. Just passing through. I do have a store (full price - not outlet) that I visit when I am home and recommend them all the time.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and made great suggestions for additions to my bracelet. They cleaned my bracelet and helped me rearrange my charms for a more balanced appearance. The staff provided great customer service and the store had a great selection of items. I will return again soon. My husband was also impressed and it takes a lot for him to be impressed!!!!

The pandora store was having an awesome sale. I went in thinking about buying just a bangle and a bead. Ended up buying a total of 18 pieces and came back in after walking to the store and bought 3 more. It was a great sale all the associates were very knowledgeable and went out of there way to help me. I will be going back this week .

The sales associate was very helpful. She even rearranged my charms on my bracelet as I waited. She took her time and made sure I received all the information I needed.
