Great customer service. Associate .was friendly and knowledgeable. This was our 2nd visit and it was very pleasant.

The staff was very friendly had a great selection of merchandise with very reasonable pricing. They had merchandise available I haven’t seen at our local higher priced Jewerly store

The sales associates were very helpful and friendly. We were on vacation and the only negative I have is Pandora needs to get some charms for the area. Such as Vanderbilt mansion or a North Carolina charm. The only reason we won’t return to the store within 90 days is we live in PA and won’t be back soon.

I do not usually do surveys as I find them to be too time consuming. However, I went to the Asheville Outlet store yesterday and had such a great experience that I wanted to share. The ladies at this store went over and beyond to help me. They are the kindest, sweetest, most helpful customer service reps I have ever encountered. These woman are fantastic. I will definitely be visiting this store on a regular basis. Thanks Lisa D # 175105. This woman deserves recognition.

It was my first time in the store and the person assisting me was very friendly. She didn't know prices of the charms, but they have a lot of merchandise so I doubt I'd know. She was knowledgeable about sale items

Very nice customer service

I was looking for the retired collection. The sales clerk pulled the tray of charms and said they where an additional 30% off. Very helpful and new a lot of the prices on the mark downs.
