I appreciated the details of the cleanliness of the store and how the associates handled customers during COVID-19. I wasn't allowed to walk in. I was greeted by an associated at the door. She was patient with me while I was looking for rings as a graduation gift. I never felt rushed and she even let me make a phone call to find out a ring size. The other sales associate was talking to me as well and helping me make my decision. The were continuously cleaning while I was there, while still getting the help I needed.

I always visit this pandora location. I have always been completely satisfied with the service and the staff. Look forward to returning.

During this uncertain time of COVID-19, the sales staff welcomed me in beautifully. The store was clean and sanitized and the sales associates had complete control over it. They were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I was buying a gift for my daughter’s graduation and they made it an absolute pleasure!

I had an e-gift card and could not get it to work at home. The sales person helped me activate it and helped with my selection of charms. She was very nice and explained the e-gift card to me.
