The salesclerk forgot to place a ring in my package. I called that evening and left a message. Kathy, the salesclerk called the next morning and apologized and said just stop in and I can pick it up.

The Asheville Pandora location is wonderful. I’ve visited a Pandora store in several countries around the world and this one is my favorite, by far!!!

The store associates were readily available and willing to assist. The store was very clean and neat. I was assisted In the most professional way.

The sales woman was very patient with us and did not pressure us. We loved the choices in the rings that were being discontinued.

The employees were nice. She was very helpful with letting me try on several necklaces. And she gave me several options after asking me what I was looking for.

I have bought from the outlet before, and I loved how well the product made and last. So, we came back for another visit and bought several items, and can’t wait to go back in August.

We tried to order an item online and there was a problem on the website so I called our local store and they had 1 left and held it for me for 24 hours. I went to pick up and they were very helpful and polite and on top of that, the necklace was 1/3 of the price of it online!

Sales associates was so helpful and were able to show me other charms that I liked when the ones I wanted wasn’t available.
