I always enjoy going into Pandora stores. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The sales lady noticed my bracelet needed to be cleaned and cleaned it for me. Now it is nice and shiny!!

The representative who helped us knew exactly what trays of charms to show us when I told her what occasion I was purchasing for. She was even able to show me an item that I wasn’t able to find another locations

I received exceptional customer service through a mail exchange order. The sales managers were great with the process!

I went to one in Greenville SC on 8/10/20 around 6 pm black female there with natural hair refused to help said I could not exchange or return something I ordered for Mother’s Day and I explained to her they was not taking returns refused to let me exchange. Went here no problem

Hello I usually shop at the outlets in Asheville NC. It’s an hour driving but it’s worth it. I love Pandora jewelry; the customer service is always excellent and I love it how they keep shopping safe during these crisis. They are all good sales person but my favorite one is this lady called Marlyn ( I think I spelled her name right). She absolutely the best!!!

The store was very clean. The lady that helped me was super sweet and knew what she was doing. I was not being rushed at all!

They were very helpful and polite. The manager was going to search for some necklaces I wanted and call me back. I only shop this store because they are so helpful.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. The store was beautifully staged Though small, the store has an tons of beautiful inventory!
