I was pleasantly surprised to find them open after it had snowed that same morning. The salesperson was friendly and assisted us with no problems, even through my indecision at times. She was helpful and quick and had us rung up and ready to go in a timely manner.

The woman that helped my brother and I out was real sweet and helpful and really know her stuff. I will be going out there more for gifts.

I bought a ring as a Christmas gift. The young lady told me if I needed to exchange it would be no problem. It was easy and quick and she was very efficient yet friendly as the exchange was made. She also asked if I wanted to look at anything else.

Walked in told the lady exactly what i was looking for, she got it out immediately. I was in and out of the store after trying on my teardrop ring in like 10 minutes, they were cleaning the tables between every customer. I love my ring.
