Lorinda's customer service was awesome. She so nice and very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She did an excellent job sanitizing each item handled as well as sanitizing her hands regularly. She offered great advice and/or suggestions.

I had never been to a Pandora store before today, and I will definitely be back. I got a bracelet, 3 charms, and a necklace this year for Christmas. I then ordered some charms for my bracelet. All of these things were wonderful, but the in store experience was the best for me. The staff was super friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and never pushy.

All the sales associates were very friendly and very helpful. Made my experience easier and I really enjoyed the way they interacted with me during my time in the store. I didn't feel nervous at all trying to by jewelery.
