Spoke to manager prior to visiting and she had my options ready as soon as I got there. Great experience.

I was able to get what I needed. The only thing that was bad is that no one spoke to me when I came in the store and I stood there for a while before I was spoke to. But once they waited on me everything was fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We bought more than we planned on. Gave information of other store that had a specific ring we were looking for.

They greeted us promptly was kind interacted with my daughters in their likes to direct them in the charms for particular bracelets .

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door, and asked if I needed assistance. I told the sales associate I was looking for a ring, and I had 2 in mind I wanted, but I wasn’t sure my size. She brought me over and started sizing me. She showed me the rings I wanted and a few that she thought would look good on me based off what I was looking!
