Jalen was amazing! She made our first time shopping at pandora a memorable experience. She’s the sweetest thing, she showed me all the rings that I adore and made us feel welcome. My boyfriend and I are from Atlanta and we came to visit family up here. Next time when we are in North Carolina we’ll make sure to visit jalen !!

I visited this store the day before to make a purchase. The sales associates showed me the items that I returned for. I had to make sure that we didn’t have those. As soon as I walked in the door, they remembered me from the day before! They assisted me rapidly and suggested other items as well!

Salesperson Maya was very friendly,&.greeted me upon my arrival. I noticed she wore a lot of Pandora in very attractive way. I asked her if her jewelry was a promotional effort & she told me it was her personal jewelry she had acquired over time. She was very knowledgable & able to locate things I expressed interest in quickly.She also suggested items she thought would look with jewelry I was wearing when I entered.

I am now starting my 2nd bracelet and enjoy deciding on my next charm. I love the look of the bracelets and enjoy the memories that each charm holds

The sales associate Marlene was very helpful and patient. She showed me everything I thought I might like and even suggested things I hadn’t thought of! What a wonderful shopping trip. I will be back.

Associate was knowledgeable, and friendly

The sweet ladies at the store were very knowledgeable and very informative with what the product. I had never been in a Pandora before, and was not familiar with the product, and they were very helpful in helping me pick out what I wanted. The store was set up absolutely beautifully, and was very well lit and clean.

I was there because I was out of town for work and I had a broken bracelet that fell of my wrist. The two ladies were so helpful and nice. I love my bracelets and I bought two because the lovely sales associate had them stacked on her wrist and I thought it looked great. I have worn them every day since my purchase!
