Dakota was beyond helpful. I had a bracelet to return my aunt gifted me and it did not fit. He helped me exchange it, and add my charms to it. He was very knowledgeable about pandora, and I ended up buying more than I went to get. He was very helpful, kind, and friendly.

The store was very clean, the merchandise was readily available and the associate was extremely helpful.
