Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She found one of the items that I wanted from another store and did everything possible for me to obtain it. She provides excellent customer service!!!

Lisa was amazing and I never felt one bit rushed. She went above and beyond to show me everything I wanted to see!! I was so happy we stopped by PANDORA on our way home from a weekend trip!! I racked up!!

Marlene is always available to help me. I feel that Marlene is my personal shopper. She help me pick out necklace to hold my sons ashes. Necklace wasn't a long as I wanted and Marlene suggested adding a bracelet. It worked perfectly. I love the Pandora Outlet in Asheville and always tell my friends to go visit. There is no pressure to purchase. I just go look sometimes generally leaving with a purchase.

The hand held machine used for checkout need updating. It took me 15 minutes just to get my card to go through. The customer service with the associates is the satisfying element though. It was not their fault.

Customer service was awesome even though I was buying something from Clarence just to get a pick up gift she was treated me as if I were buying as big as anyone else

The associates in the store was very friendly and helpful . I was greeted as soon I walked in . Dakota(210015) the guy who helped me was awesome. He even told me and showed charms that the store had on Sale .

The sales associate was so nice and very attentive to me during my visit. She did not make me feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had my infant grand daughter and was able to put the earrings in that I purchased with no problem. Had a great experience.
