It was our first visit to this particular Pandora store, and the store was clean and inviting. The associate welcomed us and was able to show us exactly what we were looking for. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable as she explained how to build a Pandora charm bracelet. She gave helpful advice but was completely respectful of my individual tastes and didn’t pressure me to choose one item over another.

This was my first Pandora purchase. The sales associate, Ana, was very welcoming and extremely helpful in assisting me. She made a variety of suggestions regarding the charms, and also showed me how the charms/bracelets work. She was absolutely lovely

I was shopping on my lunch break and was picking up a charm for my boss's retirement. I told the sales woman this and told her what I needed. She was kind, fast, provided options, the price was reasonable and she gift wrapped it in a cute bag. She provided instructions on how to care for the charm and had me out the store quickly. Highly satisfied.
