My sales associate Lonnette was so helpful. She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I explained what I was looking for and in a matter of minutes, she had the type of bracelet I was looking for in 2 sizes to ensure the proper fit. When I decided which charm I wanted, Lonnette had it in seconds for me to purchase. It was the best experience I had in this store.

Customer service at this store is exceptional. Michelle and Sonah are exceptional personal and love seeing them both. They are the reason I visit and buy from this store. Jewelry is pretty and I am always able to find something I love with their suggestions

I like how they had most of the jewelry up so we could see what they had. I was also happy when we told the lady that was helping us find the bracelet that we were looking for, even tho we didn’t know what we were describing.

Sonah was extremely friendly and helpful. She did a great job informing me of other items, but was not pushy on purchasing more. Was planning on calling the store manager to tell them how great she was until I saw this online survey.
