All of the sales associates were so nice, help, and friendly never had that kind of experience in any other pandora. It’s just took a while to locate this particular pandora in KOP mall, but overall the best.

Yahnierra B. No. 174529 was an awesome and very knowledgeable associate. We were in and out of the story in less than 20 minutes and after our purchase of 7 items, she had them on my bracelet just the way I requested. I was disappointed to see that the associates do not wear nametags with their names on them; that is a turn off; once a associate has a name it is easier to connect with them. I highly recommend that you provide name tags. It kind of says that you don't appreciate the individual associates . Studies have shown that people connect when they know each others names.

Merchandise selection was great

The Sales Lady took a lot of time with us. She made excellent suggestions and went over & beyond for us!! It was my nieces birthday & her first Pandora experience she was so happy when we left the store! Lydia gave us the BEST Service!

The atmosphere was very friendly and energetic yet calm, the associate Yahnierra was very helpful and suggested I buy some jewelry cleaner to go along with my purchase. I will definitely be coming to this location anytime I make a purchase unless they happen to be out of something I am looking for.

My experience at this store was great. The store was brightly lit making the displays easy to look at. The amount of merchandise and new merchandise was overwhelming - in a good way! I'm a big Disney fan so I loved seeing those charms and ended up purchasing the new Lady & Tramp charm. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
