I went to pandora for my wife’s birthday. She already had a pandora bracelet with charms but the latch on the bracelet broke. I was able to get her a new bracelet and was also told that she can return the broken one to get fixed. The salesperson was awesome. Melissa C helped me find the right bracelet and charms. I even got my 12 year old daughter a bracelet with charms. I’ll definitely be revisiting Pandora King of Prussia in the upcoming weeks.
