I was waited on immediately and they helped me find very nice charms for my moms birthday and for my cousin and myself. I was VERY pleased, so pleased that I am back again within the same week.

Starting with phone call to store in KOP everything went smoothly, waited in line to get in --all went well, quite astonished with sales people & their kindness. Will surely tell others & will return!

I was visiting with my wife and daughter At the KOP Pandora. I was looking to purchase a gift for my wife. It wasn’t a surprise since she came with me. There was an associate whose name was Emily. She was very knowledgeable and provided us the time to take a look at the merchandise. She was very attentive and had a sense of humor. There was also another associate named Amy who was helping Emily who was really nice to us. Overall all the associates were good to us and I look forward to visiting again.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. Sales associate was very fun and bubbly.

The woman who helped me was very kind i had to pick up a purchase but i always ended up purchasing a few more items she helped me and gift wrapped my items perfectly.

My visit at the store was good and I got what I wanted. And I was in and out of the store. The only problem was the wait was way to long.

I was able to locate the items I was looking for. The sales representative was highly knowledgeable. I was able to be in and out.

I have been buying Pandora for years now my wife has two and i started my oldest daughter on her first. Went to the location at the Court at King of Prussia and had the pleasure of having Alexis B assist me and she was Awesome and a Great Representative of your Store.
