The manager in the King of Prussia store was very friendly, and helpful.

This visit was great but I need to complain about the phone system. You can never get anyone on the phone. The system takes you in circles and eventually it says leave a message. I have let two messages over the last week and have yet to get a response. I’m just glad that after traveling 90 min to get there the items I wanted were available.

Went in looking for a charm and the associate recommended another one to go with it. While I said no at the time, it is one I plan to go back and get.

My associate was very knowledgeable. She was also great with the cleanliness of the store. She was also very polite too, actually everyone was.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the charms that I was looking for and offered suggestions. She showed me a variety of blue charms because I stated that I was interested in a blue charm but nothing in particular. She also explained why she was placing dangling and others in certain locations when asked why. Because my bracelet was a gift I was not too knowledgeable about it however she explained in detail every question that I asked about it now it is balanced and looks amazing.
