I love the location of the store. The customer service is very friendly and the associates are knowledgeable concerning the products. The store is small but very clean and the merchandise is displayed nicely. The prices are reasonable according to other jewelry lines.

the sales person was incredibly helpful in solving a bracelet problem that I had. She was persistent in coming up with options, spent all the time in the world with me to figure out what would work. She also restrung my Eagles beads (not purchased at the store) on a new bracelet and was very intent on making sure the alignment was satisfying to both of us. THX Sonah!

I had Issues with customer service at the pandora near my way so I had to drive out to get the assistance that I needed. Fatou was extremely kind and got me situated very quickly. In and out less than 4 minutes. Was very pleased with this experience considering the past one I had.
