The employees were very friendly and helpful. I have gone to the store many times and never feel pressured or rushed when trying to decide what I want to purchase. The employees are always eager to help. A while back I brought back a necklace that I had purchased as the clasp did not close anymore even though they did not have the same size necklace to replace it they went above and beyond to help me get it replaced.

The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. She helped me find what I needed, and was very pleasant.

My sales associate Elondra was so very kind and patient helping me with a couple of returns and repurchases and also purchasing a few new items. Elondra exemplifies what true customer service should be which appears to have gotten lost in retail sales. I will definitely come back to Pandora in King of Prussia, PA just so that Elondra can assist me with additional purchases in the remote future. Bravo, Kudos, Well Done Elondra!!!
