The sales associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. She spoke about her own jewelry she has bought from Pandora and made my friends and I happy.

we were assisted by the Asst. Manager, Bri, and she was fantastic - very knowledgeable & didn't try to "push" us to make a purchase of anything that we didn't need or want.
