I had an amazing experience at the Pandora jewelry store yesterday! The two sales associates that helped me were so nice and knowledgeable. I have been to this location before and I will return again!

The service was quick and efficient!

The staff was accommodating to my needs when I asked for a complimentary cleaning. I was able to view the merchandise up close for a better view. The staff was able to expedite my order in good time due to my need to be elsewhere.

Covid guidelines were in place. Very efficient service. Salesperson Kayla M. was very delightful.

The associate went down the line asking each customer about what they wanted to purchase before they entered the store. It was like a prescreening. I thought that helped the line go smoother and quicker. The associate searched for the necklace I wanted to purchase while I was in line. She found it and I purchased it right outside the store. She was very informative, helpful, and friendly. Her name was Ana. I felt very safe shopping this way. Everyone was spaced and I could see that they were cleaning the store after each customer. I have a health issue and am very careful about shopping in-store. I was very happy with my necklace.

The sales associates was versed in product. The sales associate was very helpful with products selected for gift. She was very courteous and efficient with completion of sale.

I got the perfect ring for my lady. She loves it. I also got a charm that’s was amazing 🤩! I will be coming back soon
