Pandora Jewelry

This was the worst retail experience I have had in probably the past 5 years. The worst. I normally rave about Pandora and the sales associates when I shop at the stores, however, not this time. Bryan S (No. 178774) obviously new and did not know the brand at all. The other associates just let him flounder. Just threw jewelry flats at him. I actually had to wade through the flats of chains to find the appropriate length myself. He did not follow your protocol of removing the flats when he walked away (several times). The Manager (Cassie??) probably the rudest, most obnoxious salesperson I have encountered in a long time. As she was measuring a chain for me she was swinging it around, almost like playing cats cradle with it. This a piece of jewelry I am going to buy/wear. She did not handle your jewelry appropriately, essentially devalued your brand. I will not return to this store, which is a shame as I have purchased there before, and normally the service is A+

I came in to make a gift purchase for my mother, and my daughter's grandmother. The sale's associate was completely clueless about everything in the store. I already knew exactly what I was looking to purchase prior to entering the store which I had driven an hour out of my way to. I was slightly upset that the one charm that was out of stock online was also out of stock in the store, although another associate did check to see if there were any available in the area (there weren't). I found the other items I was looking for and the associate went to wrap them up. I brought them home and thank god I opened them to show my daughter prior to wrapping them because SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME HALF OF THE CHARM! Not only was she completely useless in assisting me with my purchase that I knew exactly what was needed but she failed to give me everything I had paid for. Gabrielle B should NOT be servicing your customer's. Because of her I will NOT be returning to this store ever again. I have never been more upset with service than I was today with her.
