Highly Disappointed

The staff was not friendly. They closed the gate while I was shopping which made me feel like they thought I was going to steal something and run out of the store. I NEVER experienced that. When I asked could they clean the charms, they were hesitant. When I explained how I wasn't getting the normal friendly experience as usual, no one said anything. I wasn't offered any suggestions. It was just a bad experience as a whole. I was buying a birthday gift so I was in a bind but I don't think I'll be shopping there again. I don't even wear pandora anymore but I am a preferred cardholder so I buy gifts for friends. I wear Tiffany and Co. charms. I was highly disappointed yesterday.

The manager was very in professional, she saw me and others waiting for services and she told us that they were going on lunch at the last minute for about a hour, in which all 3 associates did not have to go to lunch all at the same time. I literally waited 2 hours just to get a bracelet, it wasn’t even a long line. I’m never shopping at this pandora again.

It was not actually the person that waited on me it was I believe the manager, cause the person that waiting on me, was going to her for assistance, she was told that I couldn’t return, cause I didn’t have my Pandora card, I told her that not true, I always make a purchase without our my card, it went from there, her attitude

I went to return a few things. Laura (King of Prussia) told me she couldn’t take them back because she didn’t have them in stock in her store. Basically I couldn’t return them because they were clearance items. Nowhere on my receipt did it state that. I will be sending all items back to Pandora. ($700)

The music was too loud giving me a headache. The sales associate did not find the earrings that matched my necklace which I showed her because it was on my neck. I found them.

As I was paying for my charm bracelet the sales associate decided to charge my debit card the full amount when I told her multiple times that I wanted to do half on my debit card and half in cash. By the sales associate charging my card the full amount was an big inconvenience for me. Then the manager came over and gave me a refund for the charm bracelet, but then she charge my card again so I can pay half on my card and the rest in cash. This was a big inconvenience and my card was charge multiple times.

Associate Kassue was very rude, unprofessional, and had a very bad attitude while talking to me.She smacked.her lips, and her whole body demeanor was very unfriendly and just overall horrible customer service ..for management. I would be appalled to have someone like her represent my store . Kassie clearly had no professionalism nor good customer service. manners.
