First let me say that your quality of merchandise is poor ,when you loose your bracelet or earrings they can’t be replaced even if they see that your did purchase them in less then a month or more. I will not be purchasing anything else from you guys

My daughter received a bracelet with several Charms for her communion. The bracelet was too tight. I bright back the gift receipt hoping to exchange the bracelet for a larger size. They told me bc it was after 30 days I couldn’t exchange or return it. I wasn’t trying to return just exchange. Bracelet was never worn: and it was the exact same price. I had to purchase a new one... and couldn’t do anything with the current one. They told me I could call the customer service number.. I called them from the store and customer service is only opened mon-Friday. Doesn’t make sense that I had to CALL customer service from the store: and only if customer service said it was okay would they exchange it. Would Never buy from the store. Manager was in the stir and offered to wrap something for me??? Not offer to help... ridiculous. .

Sales associate bre was very unprofessional. There was a ring that was displayed for one price and i was told a higher price., false advertisement

The associates were very passive aggressive with my sisters when I was on my phone. And one person even fat shamed my sister who is only 16. And she isn’t even fat

The store was very clean and well stocked. The sales associate was very knowledgeable The store was well stocked . The quality of merchandise is always great

I visited the Pandora in King of Prussia mall yesterday and the sales associate an older white last with glasses was very nasty to my kids and other people who were coming to shop. This was around 8:15pm she does not need to be working in sales with her king of attitude.

On the above date and time, I purchased the items listed on the receipt. The same day I also purchased additional Pandora charms for the Willow Grove location during which I received a First responder discount, Two days later I returned to the King of Prussia location with receipt to receive the same courtesy ( First responder discount). The assistant sales manager was unwilling to honor the same discount. I proceeded to stand in line for an additional HOUR to return the purchased items. The service/ umbrella I provide every day should not be approved of from month to month.

I felt rushed to make a decision purchase. Majority of the items were not available or in stock. I didn’t feel valued as a customer.

Wait time

When I arrived it was a line outside the door, I was third in line. When I made it to the front of the line, one of the sale associates took my information and put me on a waitlist and informed me they will call my name or text me which will be shortly. I waited for about an hour. After watching numerous people come in i went up and asked another sales associate how much longer because I’ve been waiting for quite sometime. She stated it’s whoever is next in line. I waited another 15 minutes! When I made it in there I asked what’s the protocol with the waitlist ? She stated, “ we were going by the wait list but once the line got longer we started taking who was next in the line” which mean whoever came up they took in line and completely regarded the waiting list. The sales associate was nice but personally messed up the process because she was the only one calling next in line, instead of looking to see who’s been waiting. I am satisfied with my exchange but it was very frustrating watching other customers come up and being served right away! they need to be consistent with the waitlist

I went into the store to look for an additional bracelet, I walked around the store for several minutes then was told I would need to leave as they reached their max capacity. I waited outside for over 20 mins as they were taking their time with other customers. When I came in I told the girl I wanted to try on other sizes for a second bracket and wanted to know more about how others wore them and easy of comfortable. She told me she didn’t know as she really only wore hers for work, but she would pull a bracelet that was the hard band and the flexibile one. She comes back with only one size, when you worked with someone you weren’t allowed to even walk around and look at stuff they brought it to you. I wasn’t happy with the fit at all and asked for a different size to try and was told no. So I told her just to give me a charm I wanted and that would be it. I would have spend a heck of a lot more money if she actually gave me the time of day, which is sad since walking in I had over 1000 of merchandise between my current bracelet, charms and rings. I have never had an issue in any other store before but if this is the way the company is going I won’t be buying more.
