I bought a charm the end of August and it broke. I filled out information to create a profile thinking that my purchase history would be saved. They told me no exchange without a receipt and I had to purchase the same charm. The quality is poor and the lack of care for a customer is poor. Highly disappointed.

The sales associate Raven just didn’t look like she cared. She wasn’t listening to my wife’s simple questions. My wife came in knowing what she wanted to buy so it was an easy sale but Raven acted like she didn’t want to work. There was no hello, thanks or good bye.

I was extremely satisfied. The associate was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable, jovial and could have sold me a phone book.

The store didn't have size 21 bracelet, that i need to exchange mines for. And I waited in line for 1 1/2 hours. The sales rep told me I couldn't exchange my bracelet for a smaller size because it was on sale, nor could he order it in the store, i would have to order it. I ask to speak to the supervisor, she was on the phone for 25 minutes before she finally came over, and tried to tell me the same thing. I told her she was incorrect because I brought the bracelet at this store and your sale staff told me I could exchange it for a bigger size. She finally exchange it for a bigger size with an attitude " she said I will do it this time as a courtesy " what ever. This entire time was unnecessary and the wait time was too long, to experience this kind of treatment. I will not be adopting in pandora for a while, nor will I recommend them

The lady that took me I didnt know what I want a So I wanted to look around she didn’t let me look at anything that was my first time there anc she rush me through everything and she didn’t let me look at no charms book to choice a charm she just said just say something and I can tell you if I had it or not she didn’t go look if see if they had it or not she just said they didn’t have it i am very upset when I left out of there yesterday

I was #5 in line outside store for 60 minutes. No regard given to customers. Staff of 2 in the store. I consoled myself by knowing all the money your business was losing by the minute.

I wanted to return an item and rebuy it for the Black Friday sale. A manager on the phone said I could do it with no problem, I just needed my receipt and the items I purchased, but when I went inside, an associate told me I couldn’t do it, and she wasn’t going to do it until another associate backed up my story about the manager allowing me to. She got upset and then said “Well, we don’t usually do this, and I’ll let you know that we’ll only do this one time, but you can’t ever do this again.” She gave me the sale but removed my coupon I had with Pandora (the 10% coupon you use on your first purchase) because she said I can’t have two coupons, but the Black Friday sale wasn’t a coupon, IT WAS A SALE. She had an attitude although I was not being rude or impatient, and I would like to have my coupon back if I wasn’t able to use it in the store. I’ll shop at another Pandora that isn’t the King of Prussia location.

The length of bracelet that I was told to buy is not long enough I even asked if it would be long enough once I got all my charms on it. Was told yes. Well it is not long enough now I have to drive back and exchange it frustrating
