The sales associate was not attentive. A friend and I both wanted to make purchases, and it was very difficult to even get a greeting from the associates working that day on top of a number of other issues. I purchased a charm that I wore out of the store, but my friends' was a gift. The associate took it in the back to be wrapped, and then a different associate handed over the bag (minus a receipt). I was very disappointed in the service that we received, and the temperature in the store was very warm (confirmed by the rude sales associate), which did not make for a pleasant shopping experience.

There was a very long wait times I was looking for an item at one store and they didn't have. since they were busy I didn't feel the sales people were as helpful as they have been on other occasions. It could have been the store location since I didn't go to the Deptford store which is usually where I go. I didn't feel the sales people were as friendly or as knowledgeable . I hasn't happy with the my visit this time. The Cherry Hill store did have you set up for text messages once you were on the list where the King of Prussia store did not.

Todas las piezas que deseaba no las tenian en exoecial chams de graduation. Vengo a mi casa y hago la orden online pero al final no tienen mas bracelet gratis. Pensando que era un error, llamo al otro dia y me dicen que ya no tienen mas Pandora bracelet gratis por lo cual tuve que cancel mi orden lo cual no es justo. Creo que fue una promocion bien injusta ya que anunciaron algo que no tenian. YO HICE MI ORDEN Y YO QUIERO MI FREE BRACELET.

Asked to have my pandora bracelet cleaned. Associate took my bracelet to the back and returned within 5 min with my bracelet in a wet paper towel. The bracelet was not properly cleaned when she returned it to me.

When I walked into the store, it was empty. The two associates were in the back talking. The one associate Olivia did come out and greet me. But then she proceeded to say or you just looking. As if to say if I wasn't buying anything she did not want to help me. I told her that I was BUYING but it seemed like her or the other associate really wanted to help me and like I said there was no one in the store so if wasn't like they were swamped with customers. It seemed to me that they were annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. I asked to see a few charms, and the one charm was scratched up and I asked the other associate if she could find another one. And her response was, "what's wrong with it"? I explained that is was a gift and it was scratched up. So all of them were like that so I asked if she could clean it for me. She was hesitant but she did it. I asked for them to be gift wrapped because they were gifts and she wrote all over the bag which made me really annoyed. The whole experience was not pleasing. I am a Pandora Preferred cardmember. I feel like why have a card if I am not getting good customer service.

Came to your King of Prussia store. Waited for the next available associate. Your associate just looked at me and helped the very next person who’s walked in through the door after I already waited 15-20 minutes prior. Now having to wait an additional amount of time for the next associate to help me with my purchase.

After looking around the store for approximately half an hr. To get a gift in my price range, I asked the sales associate to see the ring in the size I needed, after deciding the ring is what I wanted and was right at my price point(according to the sticker on the ring) I decided to purchase it. When the sales associate rang up the ring she quoted me $10 more then what was on the sticker price. After me questioning the price difference she looked it up and told me there was a $10 increase. She should’ve honored what was on that sticker price. I was really annoyed. That she made no attempt to rectify it.

The manager in this store is one of the most unfriendly, unprofessional and rudest person in this location. She did not want me to return an item to the store because “we don’t want more of these in our stock” IT WAS A NEW COLLECTION!!! She wanted me to exchange but not to return….the fact that I had to spend more $$ to get something that I would like when I was already upset over the fact that my item did not look like the website item, “her rules” and attitude. We need to do better and bring back good customer service. You have two ladies in this store that ooze attitude and unprofessionalism.

Michelle at the King of Prussia mall pandora lied to me about not being able to do my return, wasted my time and was very rude. She told me to go into the city to the Walnut St pandora and they would be able to do my return, so I called them before driving there and was informed that I was lied to and they just didn’t want to do my return. Once I walked back into the King of Prussia pandora I was met with rudeness, snarky comments and short responses to my questions.
