I am from Australia here on holiday, and waiting in line for half an hour to be able to browse the store, then getting let in to not be able to browse and only being able to select firstly from the sale pages. I was able to add other items to my bracelet but that was after I asked if I was able to purchase anything else or were the pages it.

I didn't feel like the associate wanted to help me and it wasn't crowded in the store. I was the only customer. She wasn't friendly. I explained that this was a gift and she didn't offer suggestions. I usually get better service when I come to pandora. I was disappointed. I wanted to leave but I needed to a gift for someone. I would have gone another store that sells pandora but I was pressed for time. She didn't even thank me for coming or invite me back like she didn't appreciate my patronage.

One of my charms is broken and the store would not exchange it.

I wanted to exchange an item that I purchased at a different Pandora store. I was told that I would receive store credit, but it was not specified that it would only be valid for this particular store. Once I realized that I asked if I could cancel the transaction, but was told it was too late.

You can’t return products over 30 days and I wasn’t aware and very inconvenient because I order the wrong bracelet and stuck with it

I came in to use a store credit I also brought in several pieces that needed cleaning. I was told that they do not clean on the weekends. I found this odd as the weekends are the main days when people are able to make it to the mall. I informed them that I could not come during the week and this was the only time I had available to have my jewelry cleaned and use my store credit. One of the staff took my jewelry back and fake cleaned it. I’ve had my items cleaned before and they have NEVER been returned to me in the state these were in. It was returned to me barley touched. I noticed it immediately and was so angry that I finished my transaction and left. When I got home I spent 45 minutes trying to polish my items so that I could wear them. I will never return to this store to purchase anything else. I am also contemplating returning what I purchased beyond my store credit just so this store does not benefit from my sale.

I went into the King of Prussia store on Wednesday March 6 . The sales associate asked if she could help me . At which time I explained I was looking for a 50th birthday present to myself. Looking for a charm to go on my bracelet . Without any conversation or emotion pulled out 3 charms to choose from. Went ahead and purchased one for myself. Certainly an easy enough sale and being in sales I would expect a little more conversation and personality . The sales lady handed me the charm holder , sighed , and says oh would you like a bag. I had also asked her the cost of the rings and she explained the pricing is listed on the inside . Again a little more interaction would of been nice.

Upon the sales associate placing the charms on the bracelet purchase for my birthday, I proceeded to walk out of the store to dinner (around the corner) to sit and notice one of the charms had fallen off. I was completely and utterly disappointed. This is the first purchase of the rose gold that was made as a special gift and my night was ruined before it got started.
