Was told we could not browse at charms. Needed to tell her my "theme". What does that even mean. Also asked her if I could bring my bracelet back to have clips put on and bracelet cleaned. She said she will put on clips but not allowed to clean. One of the reasons for shopping pandora verses other charms was the knowledge, kindness and service from associates. How is it different to put on a clip then to clean it. This Covid is being used as excuse for poor service. I am doing braclets to hand down to my granddaughters. I have 3 and one on the way. Almost done with 3rd one, but pretty sure I will be doing something else special for my 4th one on the way. Your employee may need a refresher course. Maybe these rules are set by corporate but it is only hurting the stores bottom line.

I have a Pandora Essence collection bracelet. It is beautiful. I was broken hearted to find out that you no longer make this line. My bracelet broke and I needed to replace. You don’t have it any longer. I have a major investment in this bracelet and can’t add charms or get another bracelet that I like. I’m stuck with a very mundane looking snake type bracelet that’s too long. Really disappointed.

The associate directing the line outside the store was courteous, but didn’t have much patience. I understand this was a very busy day because of the free bracelet giveaway, but it seemed like contained chaos. I was a customer that knew what I wanted, but was still put on a waiting list. After over an hour of waiting, I approached the associate and informed her I knew what I wanted, why is it taking so long? She directed me in the store to the nice assistant manager who checked me out with little fanfare. Although I knew what I wanted, it would’ve been nice to get the true customer service. I felt rushed after waiting all that time. Not a good experience at KOP store. I ended up taking 3 charms back to Lancaster store where I had a great shopping experience.

They took a customer that wasn’t in line who was supposed to be picking up an pre-order but then she made changes to her order and was allowed to do so while we were waiting!

Was told do to COVID I could not look around at the merchandise. Sales associate not very friendly, could not find charm I wanted. Me an my daughter felt like we had to know what we were looking for before we even walked into store which pit pressure on us as we could not look around. Only purchased a charm I seen online didn’t even buy a bracelet. Would not go back to that store sit again!

Due to COVID restrictions, each store has created policies to help keep us safe. Apparently, this store you were not allowed inside to browse and needed to stay outside only for pick up. Out of the 5 signs that are in your face as you get to the door, NOT ONE OF THEM explained this. So the associates (which were most likely agitated by the amount of people coming in to browse) scold you and treat you as if this is a nationwide policy you’re supposed to know. I cannot be more clear when I say THE SIGNS DID NOT INDICATE THIS POLICY OR PROCEEDURE . There were several aggregated guests at the time I was there because of how one of the associates was treating us and no one was properly communicating what we were to do.

This is my 3rd shopping experience in this store and all 3 times they ignore you and keep with their personal chit chat. Today I actually left the store to try and find it somewhere else but couldn’t so i came back. I may start ordering online

The sales associate was not friendly and she was showing the product with out explaining and didn’t feel like she was knowledgeable
