Overall I loved the rings and the selection in the King of Prussia Pandora store. I was looking for a ring to celebrate my 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend. The sales woman who helped us was not very friendly, did not make any effort to help me find/order the ring I wanted, and constantly brought out the wrong rings when I asked to try a few on. I love my purchase but would not want to be helped by that woman again.

I Purchased a Hot Air Balloon charm, at the Willow Grove location and it broke along with my bracelet and I was told that it couldn't be replaced they're both within the time frame and I wasn't assisted.😔

I had a bracelet that was stuck on me for days. I had to pry it off with a fork. They offered to exchange but it couldn’t be for charms or any or different sized bracelet. I had to get a small which doesn’t fit comfortably. Couldn’t get credit or my money back.. I didn’t want another bracelet since that one got stuck on me. I didn’t trust it.

Wanted to purchase a charm and the price said 40 on display but when he rung me up he said it was actually 55 and that they don’t put the right prices out sometimes I think that’s false advertisement

The customer service from the manager was unsettling along with the rudeness . Nor did I feel as if she handle her self in a Professional manner

The service was horrible she was rude moved to fast and didn’t know anything about the collect or sale items. It was like she didn’t care to help me just get me out of the store and on to a new customer. I didn’t even receive a box or bag for my items. Very upsetting!

all of the staff within the store was disrespectful not only to me, but to others in the store as well. we were rushed with our purchase and pushed into items.
