During my visit pandora offered a promotion on if you spend a certain amount of dollars you will receive a free bracelet. How can you have a promotion and run out of free bracelets and don’t give a range check for the bracelet? I am very disappointed with pandora. I may be returning my items that I purchased.

I believe what I showed as being available online at Pandora.net and the subsequent price should be honored at the store. Instead, I paid $40 more. The item was currently out of stock online but was at the store.

I was not welcomed by an employee or asked what I need assistance with. I stood there for 10 minutes before I got the attention of an employee and told them I needed to look at the charms were another group was standing. They suggested I just look in the book while waiting to get an idea of what I wanted. They did not have the charm I picked out from the book. The employee was very unfriendly and visibly annoyed at how long it took me to pick out two charms. Said employee also tried to sell me a birthstone charm for a different month because she didn’t have the proper month I was looking for and thought it would be similar enough I wouldn’t notice.

There wasn’t attention being given to me as a customer. Some associates spoke upon arrival, but no associate was helpful in helping me pick something out. One associate was with another customer; but other associates were standing around not assisting. I had to walk up to someone to receive help.

I went in to do a return/exchange on rings I had that were too small. The main woman helping me was rude the whole time. Apparently the store doesn’t do AfterPay returns so she told me I need to mail it. Cool, no problem . But she was very rude when she said it and her attitude was worse when she found out I paid with Afterpay. I definitely will not be going to this store again and might not even order online again.

I came back to return or exchange a gift I had received. Lady was not friendly at all. I was looking at rings for myself and had a 100 gift card. I felt rushed and get something that’s doesn’t even fit nor love

They did not put one of my charms in my bag. I had to travel back to mall from Middletown Delaware. And although I paid with cash the manager kept trying to make me return the charm and credit my account then repay again.

The person who was waiting on me had no knowledge of the merchandise that was available. She wore a tag that said store manger but kept asking lead sales person questions on where merchandise was. Did not know how to enter the credit sale. Offered no real help I chose she asked for help. Stating everything in the store was rearranged which is really something I did not need to know. The other young lady knew where everything was.
